Croatia national football team captain Luka Modrić has changed his jersey number at Real Madrid, to wear the legendary No. 10.

Following the James Rodriguez transfer to Bayern, Luka Modrić took over the No. 10 at Real Madrid, current champions of Spain and Europe.

In Real Madrid modern era, football legends such as M. Laudrup, Seedorf, Figo, or Robinho have been proud owners of No. 10 jersey - which only confirms the key role the Croatia captain enjoys.

Luka Modrić arrived to Real Madrid in 2012 from Tottenham, and subsequently won one domestic league title and three Champions League titles.
