Croatia head coach Ante Čačić presented his 24-man squad for final 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifiers in Group I, scheduled for October, against Finland and Ukraine.

As the top team in qualifying Group I, Croatia seeks to secure World Cup berth against Finland (6 October in Rijeka) and Ukraine (9 October in Kiev).

Croatia head coach Ante Čačić opted for 24 players, scheduled to meet on 2 October in Zagreb.

Croatia squad is led by captain Luka Modrić, who has 99 caps, and expects to join Darijo Srna, Stipe Pletikosa, Josip Šimunić, Ivica Olić, and Dario Šimić in "Club 100".
