On Sunday, an MRI scan has confirmed that Dejan Lovren's injury will not prevent his inclusion in Croatia squad.

Croatia defender Dejan Lovren missed Saturday's Liverpool encounter against Huddersfield at Anfield (3:0) as he felt discomfort in his upper thigh.

MRI scan on Sunday showed a first degree strain and no serious issues. Considering this diagnosis, Lovren will be back in about a week.

He will be ready for international duty with Croatia, as the Vatreni host Greece on 9 November in the first leg of FIFA World Cup play-offs.
