Three Croatian internationals have decided to change club colours in the summer transfer window.

Young midfielder and current Croatia U-21 international Alen Halilović signed a three-year contract with Italian giants AC Milan, where he joins Nikola Kalinić and Ivan Strinić.

Following his departure from Dinamo Zagreb, Halilović was playing for Barcelona, Sporting Gijon, HSV, and Las Palmas.

Croatia striker Ivan Santini returned to Belgium as he signed with Anderlecht, following his spells as Inter Zaprešić, Ingolstadt, Zadar, Freiburg, Kortrijk, Standard Liege and Caen.

Promising forward Stipe Perica of Udinese agreed a one-year loan to Frosinone, a team that returns to Serie A. Perica joined Chelsea from Zadar in 2013, followed by a two-season loan to NAC Breda, and a move to Italy.
