Croatia striker Duje Čop has joined Spanish top-tier side Valladolid on a season-long loan.

Standard Liege and Valladolid agreed to a one-year loan of Duje Čop, striker with 13 caps and two goals for Croatia national team.

Next summer, Valladolid will have an option to purchase the player.

On Monday, Duje Čop joined his new teammates, alongside the official presentation in the ranks of the one of the promoted teams from Segunda.

Čop made his first football steps in native Vinkovci, moving to Hajduk, Nacional, Split, Dinamo, Cagliari, Malaga, Sporting Gijon, and Standard in the process.
