In the fourth edition of the UEFA Nations League, Croatia will face Portugal, Poland, and Scotland in the Group A1.

The UEFA Nations League draw was held on Thursday in Paris, and Croatia's delegation was led by HNS president Marijan Kustić and head coach Zlatko Dalić.

In this new edition, Croatia will play Portugal, Poland, and Scotland in Group A1, with first- and second-placed teams reaching the quarterfinal stage. Third-place team will play a relegation play-off round, and the fourth-placed team will be relegated to League B. Matchday 1 is scheduled for 5 - 7 September, and the group stage closes on 19 November. Moreover, UEFA Nations League will provide four additional teams to the 2026 World Cup qualifying play-offs.

Group 1: Croatia, Portugal, Poland, Scotland
Group 2: Italy, Belgium, France, Israel
Group 3: Netherlands, Hungary, Germany, Bosnia and Herzegovina
Group 4: Spain, Denmark, Switzerland, Serbia
