The programme brought together representatives and stakeholders from Croatian football to explore the key findings of the analysis and exchange views on opportunities for the further development of amateur football.
Held on 28 and 29 October, the programme featured presentations by FIFA representatives Tomas Danilevičius, Regional Technical Consultant – Europe, and Raimondas Statkevičius, Amateur Football Analysis Manager.
The analysis is based on data collected in 2023 and covers 185 FIFA member associations, providing insight into the state and development of amateur football worldwide.

A total of 50 representatives and stakeholders from Croatian football took part in the two-day programme, including league commissioners, team managers, regional and county instructors, representatives of partner organisations and HNS staff. Members of the HNS leadership also attended the presentations.
Participants had the opportunity to learn about the key findings of the analysis and compare the state of amateur football in Croatia with indicators and trends in other European countries and around the world.

The first day focused on presenting findings and recommendations relevant to the work of the Croatian Football Federation and its professional departments, with particular emphasis on organisation and resources, competitions and club development.

On the second day, the programme brought together a broader group of Croatian football stakeholders, with discussions covering the role of clubs, education, development programmes, football in schools, and opportunities for further development and cooperation.
The visit by FIFA representatives provided an opportunity to exchange knowledge and experience and discuss the challenges and opportunities involved in improving amateur football in Croatia, drawing on international data and examples from other national football systems.
