On Sunday afternoon, UEFA confirmed fixture list for the EURO 2016 qualifying round.

Following the draw in Nice, where Croatia was paired with Italy, Norway, Bulgaria, Azerbaijan, and Malta in Group H, UEFA confirmed the fixture list.

Croatian national team will begin its qualifying journey to France on September 9th against Malta. The same team will be the final Croatian opponent in the qualifying round, on October 13th, 2015.

In October 2014, Croatia will face Bulgaria and Azerbaijan, and on November 16th Niko Kovač's men travel to Italy, the seeded team in the Group H.

Italy comes to Croatia on June 12th, 2015.
